Shipping

As each piece of jewelry is handmade, please allow 1-2 weeks for the creation of the piece. Backyard Silversmiths® ships items for free throughout the USA and most items arrive at their destination with 2-4 days. We are only shipping within the United States at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

We're proud of the unique items we have created. However, if you're not completely satisfied, please return within 14 days for a full refund.

While we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our jewelry, we cannot offer a refund on T-shirts.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are issuing a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
